Dimitra Papamerkouri was born in Athens. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Technology degree in Fine Arts from the art and design educational group, AKTO. She studied fashion and costume design at private schools in Athens. She attended seminars and workshops with Greek and foreign creators at the contemporary jewelry school "Anamma." She has participated in various exhibitions. She lives and works in Athens.
