I am at my home in Crete, a place where its energy overwhelms me. It is the place I know will always calm me. I find my 13th moon there, on the balcony of my house, looking at me. It is the brightest, the most fiery, as I look at it, I am bathed in a sense of complete rejuvenation.
Its energy brings silence. As I watch it burn, the shadows, the darkness, the negative mood, and negative thoughts all recede.
My 13th moon burns, and along with it, so do I. Reborn from its ashes. It is the profound and radical change, and the power of the human being to be reborn through difficulties, undergoing complete rejuvenation. This transformation is preceded by the "burning," the complete detachment from what weighs us down, pulls us back, and then the new beginning, stronger than ever.
Let us change deeply, as beings, and embrace loss, "death," moving away from what has turned to "ashes" in our lives. Let us become the "phoenix" and be reborn from our ashes.
